High Efficient Climbing System for Construction of Core Wall and Bridge Piers
Climbing system CB240 is crane dependent, serving as a support structure widely used to pour high walls. It performs as a loading-bearing platform as well as a safe working platform. Depending on the length of the platform, the Climbing System is applicable to heights of more than 100 m over ground and allows a maximum formwork height of up to 5.40 m.
Advantages:
Platform width: 2.4m
Roll-back system: 70 cm with carriage and rack system
Finishing platform: for removing the climbing cone, polishing concrete surface etc.
Anchor system: should be pre-fixed into the formwork and left in the concrete after pouring.
Formwork: can be moved horizontally, vertically and tilted to meet site requirement.
Main platform: provide workers a safe working platform
Finishing platform: there is an access to the main platform by using a safety ladder.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
